Will your ceremony be in a house of worship or do you want a venue that can accommodate the entire day? Are you looking for a venue for a rehearsal dinner or welcome party? What about hotel room blocks? We can help you with site visits, vendor sourcing and executing a style that has the look you envision. Sourcing vendors for invitations, flowers, lighting, tablescapes – all details that we love! As the big day approaches, we will set the timeline, contact the vendors, deliver the welcome bags, be sure the tables are set, cake delivered, hair and makeup starts on time, guest transportation is set…the list of last minute details is long. We’ll coordinate all that we’ve planned so that you can enjoy your wedding festivities!
Partial planning and event management: This level of service is made for the couple who is enjoying the planning process. You’ve found a venue and most of your vendors. We will help you with your timeline during the planning process (when do I secure a hotel room block? When do I mail Save-the-Dates? When should I start looking for a florist?), help source any remaining vendors and offer guidance on design to work with your venue and your vision. Still thinking about escort cards? Welcome bags? Ceremony programs? Dinner menus? Rentals? Hair and makeup appointments? Bridal Party transportation? Guest transportation? We will get details like this locked down. During the final six weeks prior to the wedding we will coordinate a long checklist of details to free up your time for pre-wedding fun! We’ll be there for your rehearsal and wedding day to help all run smoothly.
